Food supplement with alpha-lipoic acid, vitamin B complex, vitamin E and vitamin C.

• Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress, and vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system
• a-Lipoic acid: is an important enzymatic cofactor in the Krebs cycle, which is a metabolic process used by the cell to produce energy

Active ingredients:

How to use: 

• 1-2 tablets / day (or as recommended by a specialist), preferably on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after a meal)
• To achieve the maximum time-release effect, take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening, approximately 10 hours apart.
