Application

First, select the appropriate width according to the circumference of the limb to be bandaged, using the color markings. Then, cut the required length from the roll. Slip the Tubifast 2-Way Stretch bandage over the affected area as a tubular dressing, completely covering the underlying bandage or the skin to be protected. The tubular bandage can be used to secure dressings, cover skin on any part of the body, or as an understocking. Its shape makes it suitable even for difficult-to-dress areas, such as amputation stumps. Illustrated instructions are available for application to more complex areas of the body.

Important instructions

Tubifast 2-Way Stretch is non-sterile and should not be applied directly to open wounds. It is intended for securing and covering existing dressings or areas of skin. The product and packaging material are latex-free and therefore suitable for people with latex allergies.
