Stand with your feet wide apart, ensuring a firm stance. Turn your right foot outwards so that your toes point to the right. Bend your right knee, shifting your weight onto your right leg. Keep your pelvis parallel to the floor and your spine straight and aligned. Now, imagine a bow in your right hand, which should be in a fist. Your thumb should be upright and pressed against the bowstring. Extend your right arm parallel to the floor to the right, draw the bowstring with your left hand, and feel the tension in your torso, arms, and hands. Breathe deeply and focus your gaze on the imaginary target, just above your thumb. After 1-3 minutes, repeat the exercise on the other side.
