Use

Face/neck/décolleté: a few drops on damp skin (alone or with floral water/hyaluronic acid gel).

Body: Apply to skin after bathing or add 1-2 tablespoons to bath water.

Massage: use alone or mixed with other oils; you can add essential oil.

Hair: mask 20 minutes (or longer) before washing; rub 1–2 drops into the ends.

Scalp: massage in (approx. 2 tablespoons) at least 1 hour before washing.

Nails/cuticles: Massage a few drops into the skin.

Eyelashes and eyebrows: gently spread along the length (be careful not to get it in the eyes).
