Marigold petals – Calendula officinalis

Cornflower – Centaurea cyanus

Vine seeds – Vitis vinifera

Hibiscus flower – Hibiscus sabdariffa

Blackcurrant fruits - Ribes nigrum

Flower Clitoria ternatea – Clitoria ternatea

How to use: Drink a glass of infusion 2-3 times a day. Pour boiling water over a spoonful of herbs and simmer, covered, for at least 20 min.
