Morning, This slimming product is to be used in the context of a slimming program created by the Favisan brand in which other products are included as well. SL-FVS1 tablets replace one meal : first day : 2 tablets in the morning, 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner. On that day you eat nothing else, on the second day you eat normally 3 meals. On the third day again the three meals are replaced by 2 tablets per meal, on the fourth day 3 normal meals and so on for 3 weeks until the end of the tablets. Conclusion1: It is a very restrictive dietary regimen, with commitment of much willpower (it is not for everyone to eat nothing 36 hours!) , with results on the spot, however with a very large, in my opinion, risk of yo-yo effect. It will take more commitment after treatment to be able to maintain any results achieved. Conclusion 2 : better and more successful healthy lifestyle, slightly hipocaloric diet and physical activity.
