DIRECTIONS FOR USEIt is advisable to take 2 capsules each time, twice a day, half an hour before main meals. The product can be used if necessary by taking two capsules at a time, up to a maximum of three times a day. PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Do not exceed the recommended doses.
