Organic beeswax is produced in the wax glands of bees, which use it as a building material in the hive. Beeswax has been used since ancient times for wound healing and skin treatment and has become an integral part of many skin care products. Of course, its benefits for humans are not limited to these. Organic wax is used as an antibacterial agent for joint problems and more. It melts at about 65 to 70 degrees and mixes well with vegetable and essential oils to make natural and effective balms and salves. It contains a large amount of fatty acids and is rich in vitamin A and protein. This versatile beeswax can be used in lip care or in hair and skin care products.

Use

As an ingredient in cosmetics, candles, the double boiler method is recommended for melting beeswax - beeswax melts at approximately 149-158°F/65-70°C.
