Description
Baked confectionery with cherry filling, low in protein. Food for special medical purposes, indicated for the dietary management of: chronic kidney disease (nephropathy), inborn errors of metabolism (phenylketonuria/PKU) or other conditions requiring a low-protein diet with a protein content of less than 2% and low in phosphorus, potassium and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic kidney disease, a diet low in protein, potassium and phosphorus is recommended; the level of phenylalanine in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low and controlled intake of this amino acid.

Cherry filling 23% (glucose-fructose syrup, cherry puree 35% - the percentage of cherry puree refers to the filling, sugar; thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate; acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate and calcium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; dye: carmine, flavors), gluten-free wheat starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), sugar, eggs ; stabilizer: sorbitol; milk ; thickeners: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; guar flour, rice starch, granulated sugar 3%; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, alcohol, corn starch; raising agents: ammonium bicarbonate; sodium bicarbonate; sodium pyrophosphate, flavors.
