How to use:
1 - 2 capsules 3 times a day with water.

Evening primrose seed oil (Oenothera biennis L.) containing monounsaturated fatty acids (5% oleic acid) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (65% linoleic acid – LA and 9% gamma-linolenic acid – GLA); gelatin; humectant: glycerol; antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol.
