Suggested dosage:

2 times a day.

Instructions for use:

Adults: 1 white capsule in the morning and 1 green capsule in the evening. Tablets taken in the morning and evening differ in color because they provide different active substances. The comprehensive composition is especially recommended for older people and athletes.
