Bacillus subtilis
Bacillus subtilis is a bacterium naturally occurring in the human intestine. The Bacillus subtilis CU1 strain used is well-studied and very stable. Bacillus subtilis is highly resistant to gastric acid, allowing the bacteria to pass through the digestive tract almost undamaged.
Bacillus subtilis has been the subject of much scientific research for some time now, as its importance for the human body is increasingly being discovered. Each Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 capsule contains 2.5 billion live Bacillus subtilis bacteria.
Nattokinase
Nattokinase is an enzyme found in abundance in the traditional Japanese dish natto. The enzyme is produced during the fermentation of soybeans using the Bacillus subtilis natto strain of bacteria. The bacteria produce the enzyme to digest soy proteins. It also contributes to the high vitamin K2 content of natto.
Nattokinase , contained in Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 , is characterized by high enzymatic activity. A Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 capsule contains 50 mg of nattokinase. This amount corresponds to 1000 FU - FU is a unit of measurement of enzyme activity, FU is a unit of fibrin degradation.
Important micronutrients for blood vessels 3 , blood clotting 2 , immune system 1 and mucous membranes 5
Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 contains vitamin K in the form of long-chain vitamin K2 (all-trans MK-7). Vitamin K2 MK-7 is the most biologically active form of vitamin K and is characterized by significantly better stability (half-life of approximately 3 days) than vitamin K1 (1-2 hours). Unfortunately, vitamin K2 is practically absent in foods. It is abundant in the traditional Japanese dish natto, which consists of fermented soybeans.
Vitamin K2 supports normal blood clotting by enabling the formation of both clotting and anticoagulant factors, especially protein S.
Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 also contains the trace elements vitamin A, vitamin C and zinc, which are important for the immune system .
Vitamin A contributes to the proper functioning of mucous membranes (e.g., in the intestines and respiratory tract). Taking vitamin A as retinol (the bioactive form of vitamin A) makes sense because only a small portion of the provitamin A (beta-carotene) found in vegetables and fruits is converted into the active form of vitamin A.
Vitamin C and zinc have antioxidant properties and protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C also supports the proper formation of collagen, which is essential for the proper functioning of blood vessels.
One capsule of Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 contains:
240 μg of vitamin A (as retinol equivalent),
18 μg of vitamin K2 (all-trans MK-7),
24 mg of vitamin C,
5 mg zinc.
The nutrients contained in Bacillus subtilis + Nattokinase K2 have a scientifically proven effect on the proper functions of the body:
1 Supporting the immune system – vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc
2. Supporting proper blood clotting – vitamin K
3. Supporting collagen formation for the proper functioning of blood vessels – vitamin C
Supporting cell protection against oxidative stress – vitamin C and zinc
5. Supporting the maintenance of the proper condition of mucous membranes (e.g. in the intestines and respiratory tract) – vitamin A
Recommended daily dose: 1–2 capsules. Take on an empty stomach in the morning or evening.
NOTE: The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol).
