Boswellia – a well-kept secret

Frankincense is the resin of the frankincense tree (Boswellia). It has been used in Ayurveda for over 5,000 years and is valued for its health-promoting properties. This resin contains particularly high levels of essential oils (up to 10%) and boswellic acids (alpha and beta).

The highest quality extract used in Boswellia MSM is standardized. Each serving contains at least 75% boswellic acids, including 40% beta-boswellic acid and 10% AKBA (3-acetyl-11-keto-ß-boswellic acid).

MSM – the power of sulfur

The human body consists of approximately 0.2% sulfur. It is a component of amino acids and enzymes. It is found in almost every cell in our body, especially in our skin, bones, joints, and muscles.

MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) is an organic and biologically active sulfur compound that also provides valuable methyl groups. With a 34% sulfur content, it is a natural source of this important mineral.

The MSM compound has nothing to do with sulfites (sulfur compounds), the effects of which are too beneficial in terms of health (sulfites are used to preserve dried fruit, wine and vinegar).

Vitamin C in Boswellia MSM contributes to the formation of collagen, which forms joint cartilage and bones. It is also important for the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin B3 (niacin) supports the maintenance of the normal condition and function of mucous membranes. The intestine contains the largest mucous membrane in the body.

Ingredients: methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) (45%), Boswellia serrata extract (14%), Uncaria tomentosa extract* (5%), Vitis vinifera grape seed extract (5%), Curcumina longa turmeric extract (5%), Citrus paradisi pomegranate juice extract (fermented, freeze-dried, 5%), bulking agent - cellulose, silicon dioxide, acerola cherry extract (4%), anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), quercetin (3%), coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, acetoglyceride), nicotinamide.

May contain traces of nuts.

Do not use in case of bile duct obstruction - curcumin increases bile secretion .
