Cold therapy: Place the compress in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Remove the compress from the refrigerator and wrap a cloth or towel over the affected area for up to 20 minutes or as directed by your doctor.
Heat therapy: Place the compress in a microwave-safe container. Then heat at maximum power for a maximum of 15 seconds. (Based on 800W microwave power). Remove the compress from the microwave and check for proper temperature. If the temperature is not yet reached, reheat in 5-second intervals.
Cleaning: The compress can be cleaned with conventional cleaning agents (e.g. dishwashing liquid).

Overheating may cause skin burns or package rupture. Wrap the compress in a cloth and treat the affected area for up to 20 minutes or as directed by your doctor.
When heated, the gel compress can reach extreme temperatures. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to use a cloth to protect the skin, both when applying to the body and when removing the compress from the microwave. Overheating the compress can lead to its deterioration. People with circulatory problems should use this compress only under the direct supervision of a doctor. Do not use the compress if it shows signs of deterioration. If heat or cold therapy becomes uncomfortable, briefly remove the compress and reapply after a short period of time. Do not use on children under 3 years of age.
If contents come into contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water for several minutes and remove contact lenses if necessary. If swallowed, rinse mouth thoroughly. Use under direct adult supervision. Keep this packaging. Dispose of product in accordance with local regulations.
