Ashwagandha contains adaptogenic properties and provides support during periods of mental stress. Vitamin B3 (Niacin) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The formula is complemented with Cannabis sativa and 1.98 mg of melatonin, an essential hormone that helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Take 1 tablet daily at night half an hour before bedtime, accompanied by plenty of water (150 ml) to facilitate swallowing.
