Description
Food supplement with magnesium, potassium and B vitamins, useful for supplementing the diet in case of deficiency or increased need for these nutrients.
Magnesium, together with niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, folic acid and vitamin B12, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium, together with niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B12, vitamin B1 and biotin, contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.
Magnesium and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of muscles.
Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (150 ml).
