1 sachet and 1 capsule per day.
The contents of one sachet are dissolved in a glass of water and consumed together with a capsule.

Ingredients/sachet: Myo-Inositol; sweeteners: erythritol, steviol glycosides (Stevia rebaudiana); N-acetyl-cysteine, D-chiro-inositol, flavors: lemon flavor, pineapple flavor; dry extract 10:1 of Vitex Agnus-castus fruits (based on maltodextrin, silicon dioxide), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, modified starch, maltodextrin), Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, mannitol); Chromium (chromium picolinate), Quatrefolic® ((6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt).
