Recommended daily intake

Adults: 1 teaspoon (1 g) of fumitory herb daily. Pour 1 cup of boiling water (150 ml) over the infusion. Cover and steep for approximately 10 minutes. Strain. Drink 1 cup of the infusion once daily, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
