Herbed sea salt for grilled dishes and meat

Herbamare Grill & Meat is a mixture of pure sea salt , 12 freshly harvested vegetables and herbs plus horseradish.

Each Herbamare salt contains a blend of fresh, aromatic ingredients . All herbs and vegetables are sourced from Switzerland, Germany, and France and delivered directly to the company's own saltworks in Alsace. 100 kg of each variety of fresh ingredients are blended with 200 kg of pure sea salt from the salt marshes of the Camargue. This creates a green paste, which is gently dried on shallow trays at temperatures below 40°C (raw food quality).

Afterwards, the salts are mixed and bottled according to type and recipe.
