Suggested dosage:

It is recommended to consume up to 2 teaspoons of milk thistle per day.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Instructions for use:

Pour 1 teaspoon of powder with 1 cup of hot water and slowly heat to boiling. Cook gently, covered, for approx. 5-10 minutes. Set aside for 15 minutes. and then strain. Drink the brewed liquid in three portions a day.

Ground milk thistle can also be added to soups, vegetable dishes, muesli, dairy products (yogurt, kefir, cottage cheese), bread and fruit cocktails.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.

Storage conditions:

Store out of the reach of small children, at a temperature of 15-25°C.
