Vitamin B6 P-5-P + Pyridoxine is a capsule formulation containing vitamin B6 in two forms: pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) and pyridoxine. Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble substance called pyridoxine.

Vitamin B6 pyridoxine:

• helps maintain normal psychological functions,

• helps reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue,
• contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity (it is an essential cofactor in the metabolism of fatty acids),

The most biologically active form of vitamin B6 is pyridoxal 5-phosphate . It is a coenzyme for over 100 enzymes responsible for the functioning of the entire body, making it one of the most "hardworking" B vitamins. Vitamin B6 is involved in amino acid metabolism and also plays an invaluable role in the synthesis of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and GABA, as well as in the metabolism of liver enzymes (AST, ALT). Vitamin B6 also contributes to the production of other vitamins, such as niacin from tryptophan.

Ingredients : acacia fiber, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose – capsule shell, pyridoxine hydrochloride, L-leucine, pyridoxal-5-phosphate.

Portion recommended for consumption during the day : 1 capsule.

Preferred intake : Vitamin B6 should be consumed during or after a meal, no later than 4 p.m.

Organoleptic properties : When poured from the capsule, the powder has a bitter aftertaste. After pouring from the capsule, it turns an intense yellow.
