Magnesium Mg-Intercell® 400 – a preparation containing a large, carefully selected portion (400 mg) of magnesium oxide in one capsule . The form of magnesium oxide allows the gradual release of the mineral and its efficient absorption . As an active ingredient of more than 300 different enzymes, magnesium is a mineral element that essentially contributes to the proper functioning of our body.

Magnesium:

• supports the proper functioning of the muscles,
• eliminates the feeling of tiredness and fatigue,
• improves the functioning of the nervous system and maintains proper psychological functions,
• helps to maintain the health of bones and teeth.

The neutral form of the capsule , consisting only of vegetable cellulose and water , ensures increased safety of use and a high degree of tolerance to the product. The form of magnesium oxide allows the gradual release of the active substance in the body, which ensures its constant level in the blood and increased absorption and bioavailability.

Magnesium Mg-Intercell® 400 is a gluten-free product, without milk proteins, lactose, soy, artificial flavors and colors, preservatives and sweeteners and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).

Ingredients: magnesium oxide (magnesium), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Daily portion: 1 capsule per day before meals, drink with enough water.

IMPORTANT! Try not to take magnesium at the same time as zinc, as this interferes with their absorption. You can take zinc, for example, in the morning and magnesium in the evening.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet should be followed. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation.
