Medicomp ^® sterile compresses (ELR version) are made of 4-layer non-woven material, which effectively protects the wound against damage and dirt. Absorbent non-woven pads are suitable for general wound dressing in both outpatient and inpatient procedures.

What are the properties of Medicomp ^® 10 cm x 10 cm compresses?

The material from which Medicomp ^® Hartmann ^® compresses are made is very soft and extremely absorbent. Sterile compresses can be applied directly to the wound, unlike non-sterile dressings, which are used as a top dressing. 4 layers of dressing ensure adequate protection against microorganisms and moisture.

The compresses do not contain binding agents, optical brighteners or acrylates. Medicomp ^® can be cut freely - the compresses do not wear out and have no loose threads.

Absorbent fiber compresses can be used as a secondary dressing, for example with ointment and gel dressings. The package contains 10 compresses packed in 2 envelopes to ensure the sterility of the product.
