How to use
We recommend taking one capsule in the morning and one in the afternoon, with plenty of water, or as recommended by your doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. If you are taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications, consult your doctor before using this product. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The pill container contains a food-grade silicon seal to protect the product from moisture.
