Formulated with pure and natural essential oils of caraway, star anise, and charcoal to reduce the feeling of flatulence and bloating and promote proper digestion. Directions for use / advice Adults: the initial dose is 2 capsules, followed, if necessary, by 1 capsule after each loose bowel movement.
