Recommended intake

Adults are advised to take 20 drops (approx. 5 ml) three times a day in a little water with meals. After use, close the bottle tightly and store in the refrigerator at temperatures between 2°C and 8°C.

Sediment may form during storage. Shake well before use; slight cloudiness is normal. Open the bottle only briefly and carefully let the contents drip out.
