Avocado is the fruit of the tree of the same name (Persea gratissima) of the Lauracea family, native to Mexico and Guatemala. The pulp of the fruit contains from 5% to 30% oil. For its emollient, moisturizing and anti-wrinkle properties, avocado oil is used for skin, hair and nail care. It is an oil rich in vitamins A, D and E, as well as lecithin, known as the "mineral of life". Avocado oil is easily absorbed by the skin leaving it hydrated and soft, being recommended as a basic ingredient in mature or dry skin care products. Beneficial for all hair types, especially damaged and colored hair, it is rich in the nutrients needed to achieve silky hair and a natural shine.

Use: For face and body: Apply a few drops of oil to clean skin and massage gently to help absorb the oil. For hair: Distribute a small amount of oil along the length of the hair, from root to tip, a few minutes before shampooing.
