Use

Shake the bottle well before use. Apply a small amount of shampoo to damp hair. Gently massage your scalp until it lathers. Leave the lather on for 2-3 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. For optimal results, use the shampoo 2-3 times a week.
