Royal Canin Dog Renal Liquid is a liquid veterinary diet for adult dogs of any size or breed, with acute or chronic renal failure and hepatic encephalopathy. It is a complete food intended for the nutritional requirements of dogs in intensive therapy and requiring major support for recovery.

During the convalescence period, dogs are weakened, have accelerated catabolic processes, gastrointestinal disorders, as well as significant immunosuppression. The food is designed with a certain viscosity, which allows enteral administration through tubes of any size. Dogs with kidney disease or certain liver diseases (encephalopathy) require a special diet, with a reduced protein content, but which provides them with an increased energy intake.

Royal Canin Dog Renal Liquid contains only high-quality proteins and has a low level of phosphorus, and the antioxidant complex, in combination with vitamins E, C, taurine and lutein, contributes to the neutralization of free radicals and the recovery of the dog. The food is not recommended for dogs in the growth period, those who have/had pancreatitis or hyperlipidemia or for pregnant or lactating bitches.
