Colombia Supremo is a Colombian coffee characterized by large beans . This coffee was cultivated at an altitude of 1,200-2,000 m above sea level, it is characterized by a fresh acidity , a fine, delicate body , with a sweet and fruity taste of apple and grapefruit with notes of chocolate.

The beans were processed by the wet method.

Arabica coffee is much more demanding in cultivation, climate and care compared to the robusta variety. It is characterized by a better aroma and taste . Interestingly, compared to robusta, arabica contains less caffeine .
