Palmarose - is a natural essential oil with a fresh, floral and citrus scent, obtained from the Cymbopogon martini plant.

Recommended for dry, sensitive, and irritation-prone skin. Ideal for aromatherapy, massage, and as an addition to skincare products.

Use

Bath: Add 6-12 drops of oil mixed with 10 ml of carrier oil to warm bath water.

Massage: mix 10-25 drops of oil with 50 ml of carrier oil and gently massage into the skin.

Room aromatization: Add 3-6 drops of oil to an aroma burner or diffuser filled with water.

Sauna: add 5 drops of oil to 1 liter of water and use according to the sauna procedure.

Comments

Do not use in pregnant women and children without consulting a doctor.

Avoid contact with eyes.

Do not apply undiluted oil directly to the skin, with the exception of tea tree and lavender oil.

Avoid use if allergic to any of the ingredients.

After using citrus oils, avoid exposure to sunlight and UV lamps.

Do not take internally (do not drink).
