How to use:

• Remove old insoles from shoes, if they are removable.
• Place the Scholl Gel Activ insoles in your shoes to check the fit.
• If necessary, cut out the insoles along the marked lines, using the old insole or size guide as a template.
• Insert the insoles into the shoes with the black and orange foam side facing down .
• Recommended: replace insoles every 6 months or when signs of wear appear.
