Coenzyme Q10

This vitamin-like substance has a powerful antioxidant effect, neutralises free radicals caused by pollution, cigarette smoke or UV radiation, is a reliable adjuvant during periods of mental or physical stress and intense physical exertion, and is particularly effective for people over the age of 30, when its level in the body begins to decline. A deficiency of coenzyme Q10 in the body is observed through the appearance of signs such as heart failure, energy imbalance, blood pressure disorders and other dysfunctions. The daily dose of coenzyme Q10 that should be consumed is 90-200 mg per day, as determined after consultation.
