ProFecund

It contains: dry extract of Maca root, dry extract of vitex agnes castus fruit (chaste tree fruit), microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, talc, magnesium stearate, providone, Quatrefolic (methyl tetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt).

One tablet can be taken daily for a minimum of three months or as prescribed by your doctor.

It should be taken approximately 30 minutes after a meal.

ProFecund is not recommended for people with Parkinson's disease, hormone-dependent tumours, or who are being treated with oral contraceptives or antipsychotics.

ProFecund helps regulate the menstrual cycle and stimulates ovulation. It is recommended to take it for 3 months, as this is the period during which the egg matures and develops. It is also taken during menstruation.

ProFecund B is a product intended for men who need additional support for spermatogenesis. It contains coenzyme Q10 and oligomeric proanthocyanidins, both of which play an important role in reducing oxidative stress at the cellular level and are involved in the development and maintenance of the male reproductive system. ProFecund B also contains zinc and selenium, which also play a role in spermatogenesis and improving sperm motility.

It is a dietary supplement containing standardised natural extracts, myo-inositol and B vitamins. It is indicated for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome in women.

It comes in sachets. The recommended treatment is 2 sachets per day for a minimum of 3 months.

The ProFecund ovulation test is a qualitative test that is performed on urine and determines LH. During the test, the urine reacts with a monoclonal anti-LH antibody on the test strip. The mixture rises through the capillary action on the chromatographic membrane.

This test detects urinary LH concentrations greater than or equal to 20 mIU/ml, and the strip turns red in the test region if the test result is positive. Basically, two lines appear, one indicating the control and the other indicating the test. Urinary LH increases around ovulation, approximately 24-36 hours before ovulation.

If the intensity of the test line is lower than that of the control line, the test result is negative.

Unlike ProFecund, Profertil is a preparation that prepares the female body for pregnancy. Profertil contains vitamin C, folic acid, selenium, Omega 3 fatty acid and plant extract.

The recommended dose is one capsule and one tablet taken during or after a meal. Ideally, the capsule and tablet should be taken together. This treatment should be taken from the moment you start trying to conceive. Warning! It is recommended to take this product as directed by your doctor. Your doctor may also recommend a higher dose of folic acid before conception, which is essential for preventing neural tube defects.
