Properties:
Active Whey contains a formula that combines high-quality protein sources such as whey protein and organic chia seeds with an enzyme complex composed of alpha-amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase. These proteolytic enzymes help to digest proteins more easily and to a much higher absorption of them by the body. Thanks to organic chia seeds, Active Whey is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, extremely beneficial for health, especially for immunity and the cardiovascular system.

Mode of administration:
Mix 30g (3 tablespoons = approx. 30g) of the Active Whey product with 150ml of water or milk. Consume 2-3 times a day: in the morning, after training or anytime during the day to meet your daily protein needs.
