Product Description:

The product contains ashwagandh, magnesium and melatonin.

Ashwagandha, or Indian en-she, is classified as an adaptogen, that is, a plant that, among other things, supports the body's resistance to stress and contributes to optimal mental and cognitive activity. Ashwagandha contributes to optimal relaxation. Supplementation with Ashwagandha is especially recommended during periods of stress, fatigue or concentration problems.

Melatonin helps shorten the time it takes to conceive. The beneficial effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is consumed shortly before bedtime.

Magnesium helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue and helps to maintain proper psychological functions.

Ingredients: magnesium bisglycinate, capsule (gelatin, indigotine dye), ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide, melatonin, calcium carbonate dye. The product may contain derivatives of: cereals containing gluten, soy, milk.

Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnisfera) 143 mg

including withanolides 10 mg

Magnesium 187.5 mg (50%*)

Glycine 1000 mg

Melatonin 1 mg

Recommended dosage:

2 capsules per day

Do not exceed the recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day.

Instructions for use:

The capsule should be taken between meals or at bedtime.

Contraindications:

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
