Description and properties Aquilea Sueño Forte is a nutritional supplement indicated to help reduce the time needed to fall asleep. These tablets are three-layered, so they are released little by little depending on the layer: - First layer: fast release, contains Melatonin 1.95 mg, piperine, Vitamin D and B6. - Second layer: maintains sleep and is released throughout the night. Griffonia (5-HTP) which is the precursor of serotonin.- Third layer: Valerian and Melissa for a restful sleep. Suitable for ages 12 and up. Free of gluten, lactose and added sugars.
