Food supplement with magnesium and vitamin B6

Pregnancy and breastfeeding are energy-demanding times for mothers. During this period, mothers may have an increased need for magnesium.

This nutritional supplement contains a daily dose of 380 mg (2 capsules) of a highly absorbable chelated form of magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) in combination with vitamin B6 in the active form of pyridoxine-5′-phosphate (P5P).

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system, the proper functioning of the psyche and a proper metabolism important for energy production and the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue.

Magnesium also contributes to maintaining the normal condition of bones and teeth, contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and plays a role in the process of cell division.

Vitamin B6 further contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system, to the correct formation of red blood cells and to the regulation of hormonal activity.
