Consumption method:

The recommended daily dose for an adult is 100 ml and for children over 3 years old 60 ml. For maximum effects, consume daily for 1 month.

Storage conditions:
Store in a dry place, at room temperature, away from sunlight, in the original unopened packaging. Store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks of opening.
