Sea buckthorn Sea buckthorn is a highly appreciated plant both for its taste and effects. It is a shrub that you can easily plant in the garden. It is common in our climate. Its fruits are deep orange berries with a very sour taste. Syrups and jams are made from them, they are added to various dishes and they are also used as food supplements. Sea buckthorn contains up to 200 times more vitamin C than lemon, contributes to the normal functioning of the cardiovascular system, digestion, maintains the healthy appearance of the skin and natural defenses.
