Elastoplast Fast Healing Dressings promote healing up to two times faster than dry healing and are suitable for all types of small wounds. For optimal healing, keep the dressing on for several days.

The material of this dressing, which is water resistant and allows the skin to breathe, covers and protects the wound from external agents. The compress, which contains a polyurethane that is well tolerated by the skin, does not stick to the wound. It absorbs fluids from the wound keeping it moist, speeding up the healing process and reducing the risk of scarring.

Thanks to the high adhesive power, the dressing can remain in place for several days.
