Its release is progressive and its absorption is optimal in the duodenum, avoiding gastrointestinal side effects. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. DHA from microalgae (100 mg): contributes to brain and visual development L-Methylfolate (400 µg): helps prevent neural tube defects in the fetus. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake for at least one month before conception and up to three months after it.
