Mode of use
Essential oils can be used for inhalation - add 7 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of almost boiling water and inhale for upper respiratory tract infections, colds. Bath - 9 drops of essential oil in hot water at 37 °C - for rheumatism, colds. For rheumatism or muscle pain, silicon can be used diluted in water or cream.
