Holistic Chaga is a tea made from powdered Inonotus obliquus mushroom. It contains natural vitamins, minerals, trace elements, polysaccharides, betulinic acid, melanin, phytonutrients, beta-glucan, saponins, sterols, triterpenes, superoxide dismutase, and an amino acid complex. Chaga grows primarily on birch tree trunks.

Ingredients : Ground dried organic Chaga mushrooms (Inonotus obliquus).

Preparation: Mix ½ to 1 teaspoon in a glass of hot water (250 ml), or add to food.

Directions for use: ½ teaspoon to 1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times a day.
