ACTION AND DESCRIPTIONOcular lubricant indicated for the sensation of moderate to severe dry eye. CE Marking. ON: 0123. Class IIb, sterile. COMPOSITION 1 ml of solution contains 3.0 mg of sodium hyaluronate, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, disodium phosphate, sodium citrate, magnesium chloride, calcium chloride and water for injections. The solution is hypotonic. DIRECTIONS FOR USE Open the safety seal before the first administration. Remove the protective cap. Tilt your head back and place the tip of the container over the eye to be treated. Pull down the lower eyelid with one of your index fingers. Press the container and a drop will come out. Unless otherwise recommended, apply 1 or 2 drops to the eye as many times as necessary. After blinking, the solution will disperse, forming a clear, long-lasting layer on the surface of the eye. It can also be used with contact lenses (hard or soft). PRECAUTIONS AND WARNINGS Do not touch the tip of the opened container or the surface of the eye with the tip of the opened container. Replace the cap after use. Do not use if the container is damaged. Solutions not used within 3 months of opening should be discarded. Otherwise, sterility is not guaranteed and this may be associated with a risk of infection. Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the container and carton. Consult your doctor if discomfort persists with use. Keep out of reach of children. Very rarely, transient disorders such as conjunctival irritation, foreign body sensation, redness or burning sensation in the eyes, as well as short-term blurred vision may occur. Do not use at the same time as other medications or products applied to the eye, as this may alter their effects.
