JOBST MATERNITY OPAQUE maternity tights are compression tights created for women with light and medium venous problems: tired and swollen legs, spider veins, varicose veins and chronic venous disease, as well as for preventive purposes (depending on the compression class). The innovative SoftFlex insert with a mesh pattern adapts to the changing size of the belly.

Indications for use: prevention during pregnancy, initial varicose veins associated with pregnancy, mild swelling of the feet, ankles and legs, feeling of fatigue, heaviness and pain in the legs.

How to use

How to choose the right size of JOBST compression products - STEP by STEP measurement.

Their therapeutic effect largely depends on the correct selection of medical compression products, so their proper fit is crucial. The measurement should be taken in the morning, when the legs are less swollen than during the day.

Step 1: measure your leg circumference at the points indicated in the table:

cB – leg circumference at the narrowest point just above the ankle,

cB1 - circumference of the calf in its lower part (midway between the middle of the calf and the ankle, i.e. points cB and cC), cC - circumference of the calf at its widest point, cD - circumference under the knee (two fingers below the kneecap), cG - thigh circumference (two fingers below the buttocks),

Step 2: measure the length of the leg (LK dimension) - the distance from the base of the foot to the height of the crotch.

Step 3: remember to measure both legs on which you will be using the compression stocking, write down the measurements for one leg and the other leg respectively.

Step 4: Compare your measurements with the size chart below and choose the correct size.

You should choose a size that covers most of the dimensions from the table marked during measurement. If measurements overlap in two sizes, consider the following factors: The measurement above the ankle (cB) should be as close to the middle of the range as possible. If the left and right leg dimensions differ significantly, you should choose two different product sizes.
