Portion recommended for consumption during the day : 1 capsule.

Preferred intake : B Spectrum dietary supplement should be consumed during or after a meal (no later than 4 p.m.).

Organoleptic properties : after pouring out of the capsule, a yellow-orange powder with an intense bitter taste.

Storage : the B Spectrum dietary supplement should be stored out of direct sunlight, at a temperature below 25°C, in the original packaging, out of reach of small children.
