Description
The tea contains fennel leaves and is used:
- for the short-term treatment of functional constipation (maximum 1 week),
- for acute bowel emptying before diagnostic, endoscopic or X-ray examination,
- in case of constipation occurring after X-ray examination (eg after irrigation).
Mode of use
Dosage and dosage regimens
It is recommended to drink tea 1-3 times a day. The effect appears after 8-12 hours. The tea is intended for short-term use only, no more than 1 week.
Mode of use
Pour 1-2 teaspoons with a cup (1/4 l) of boiling water and after 15 minutes of infusion in a covered container, drain. The tea is drunk warm, preferably at night. It is always prepared fresh, immediately before use.
Warning
Tea is contraindicated in the first trimester of pregnancy, in the following months of pregnancy it can only be consumed with the consent of the doctor contraindicated in intestinal obstruction, sudden abdominal events, inflammatory bowel diseases (for example, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis) Long-term use can leads to dependence (dependence syndrome), which can cause imbalance of fluids and electrolytes placed at a temperature of up to 25 °C. Other special warnings are given in the SPC (section 4.4).
