Es schmeckt nicht schlecht, jedoch riecht es streng wenn man die Dose aufmacht. Deshalb meine Empfehlung, kurz Luft anhalten und gleich einnehmen. Trotzdem eine Weiterempfehlung, wenn man Einschlaf Probleme hat und keine verschreibungspflichtige Tabletten nehmen will.
