Organic black beans are a legume with a slightly sweet taste. It is an excellent source of fiber and vegetable protein. Perfect as a paste (ground after cooking) with the addition of herbs and spices, as well as as an addition to soups, vegetable dishes or cereals.
INGREDIENTS: black beans* 100% (*certified organic ingredient)
METHOD OF PREPARATION: Boil the beans, pre-soaked for at least 12 hours and boiled until soft, in fresh, unsalted water, for about 60 minutes. Salt the beans only at the end of cooking.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS Store in a dry and cool place.
